Why Should I Tip?

Most people don't realize how much goes into planning each character visit. A lot of time, effort, and funds are spent to make sure your little one has a magical experience they won't ever forget! Your performer is paid hourly by our company and contrary to what you may think, does not receive the full amount of your package price. We must use a portion of your payment to purchase supplies, reimburse our royal driver and assistant for gas charges and their time, cleaning and costume maintenance, and to fund our costume and wig budget as we are always creating new, beautiful costumes for our ever growing cast of characters.  Just as you would tip a server in a restaurant, or a vendor at a special event to thank them for their hard work, we would really appreciate it if you tip your character performer if you are happy with them, as they work so hard to make your event the best it can be.

Where Should You, The Parents, Be During the Party?

You (Parents) should be nearby your children at all times. This allows you to be present for wonderful photo opportunities as well as share in the magic of the event with your child. You're not going to want to miss the look of joy on your little one's face as they interact with their dream character guest! We are not a daycare service, nor is it our job to discipline your child. We want to do everything we can to keep the magic alive, and a character scolding an uncooperative child who's parent is nowhere to be found, is not something we would condone. Our Character Assistant is wonderful with organizing activities at the party and helping the character, but he or she is not hired to be a babysitter.


What Should the Children Wear?

Of course it is not required, but we love for the children to be in costumes! They have so much fun swirling and twirling with their Princess in their favorite princess dress, and it also makes for wonderful photos.

Do You Provide Costumes For Children to Wear?

We do not provide costumes for the children to borrow during the party or event due to the difficulty of knowing ahead of time each guest's size and height. We would never want to exclude a child from the other guests because they do not fit in our pre-made gowns or outfits, and we are too busy creating custom gowns for our Princesses in the Kingdom of If You Can Dream to move on to custom gowns for guests at this time.

Are Your Parties Exclusively For Children?

Our Character Visits are tailored specifically for children's events, however we will gladly book parties and events for people of all ages, granted they understand we are a wholesome company dedicated to bringing fairytale magic to childlike dreamers like us! In no way shape or form will we ever perform at parties of an "adult" nature, but being an adult yourself does not prohibit you from hiring your favorite character for your event! We would love to bring a little extra pixie dust to your Grand Opening, Wedding, Reception, School Dance or Function, Premiere Event, etc. The list goes on and on and the possibilities are endless!

Do You Do Charity Work?

YES! We do a few charity events each year and would love to consider adding more to the calendar. Please contact us ASAP and we will do our absolute best to attend, and help make your event one to remember at no cost to you. It's our honor to bless those less fortunate with the gifts we've been so graciously given.

Coming to your child's royal engagement would be an honor! We will send you information/contract and you will be able to return it to us with your deposit. The deposit is Non-Refundable. This is due to the nature of the event business as events are always being scheduled. Once the party date is booked and we have received your deposit, your party can only be postponed one time within 6 weeks of the original party date. We will gladly reschedule based on availability as our characters are in high demand. Should you choose to cancel, your deposit is Non-Refundable. We must receive your contract and deposit within seven (7) days to secure your date.
